Rachele Wright, BSN, ARNP-BC

Medical director, Certified Injector

Rachele is a Washington native and knew from a young age she wanted to be in the medical field. After spending 8 years as an ICU nurse, she wanted more autonomy and went back to school for her master’s in nursing to become an advanced registered nurse practitioner. Rachele remained in the hospital setting for 2.5 years seeing cardiology patients, then transitioned to an outpatient setting so she could build deeper relationships with her patients. Unfortunately, after another 2.5 years, she felt unfulfilled in my career and knew she needed a change.

She has always been passionate about skincare and knew she could put medicine and skincare together! As a teenager, she had terrible acne and spent a lot of time in the dermatologist and estheticians office. She is so grateful for all the medical personnel whom she met during her skincare journey, and knew she wanted to help people feel beautiful in their own skin! Her goal is to make you feel and look beautiful, well-rested, and more youthful. She will never “overdo” any product, and will aim for the most natural appearance.

Outside of work, you will find her with my lifelong partner, Allen, and their two bernedoodles, Oscar and Jake. They enjoy plenty of outdoor activities like any true PNW native.

has over 400 plant species in her collection.

Marsha Parker

Marsha is a Washington native and has been in the spa industry for 20 years beginning her career as a Massage Therapist in 2002. In that time she has done an array of services from skincare to body treatments and has been in lead roles to help educate others in the field.

In her off time, Marsha enjoys spending time with her sons and fur babies, going on outdoor adventures, and cooking.
